Description
Harsco India is seeking a senior plant-operations professional to execute new site start-ups, support commercial proposals with cost data, drive operational and asset-improvement projects, monitor equipment effectiveness and maintenance budgets, and coordinate with global engineering, project management, procurement, and commercial teams. The role reports to the Operations Director and requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or metallurgical engineering, 15–17 years of cross-functional metals-industry experience, and maintenance, operations, and project experience.
