Description
The role coordinates daily transportation and delivery activities, plans and monitors trips, manages trucking partners and customers, tracks delivery performance against service-level agreements, handles trip documentation and delivery exceptions, and supports process improvements. It requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least two years of transport management experience in supply chain or logistics, and strong customer service or planning experience; distribution and transport operations experience is advantageous.
