Description
Mercado Envios is seeking a senior program manager to lead LATAM program and project managers and supervisors, oversee automation implementations, manage suppliers and integrators, govern programs, and drive continuous improvement and technology qualification. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of project and operations implementation experience, and at least 3 years leading leaders or program managers, along with expertise in intralogistics automation, WMS/WCS, PLC/SCADA, IT infrastructure, and international supplier management.
