&ENSA is hiring an Execution Planner / Architect for energy-efficient existing buildings in Berlin and Cologne. The role develops detailed execution and detail drawings, plans building-envelope components such as thermal insulation, windows, connections, and airtightness, coordinates technical interfaces, reviews planning documents, and serves as the technical point of contact for projects and clients. Candidates need an architectural, technical-drafter, or comparable qualification, at least 10 years of technical construction-planning experience, CAD proficiency, knowledge of building physics and energy-efficient refurbishment, and C1-level German.
