&ENSA is hiring an Execution Planner / Architect for energy-efficient existing buildings in Berlin and Cologne. The role develops detailed execution and detail drawings, coordinates technical interfaces, plans building-envelope components such as thermal insulation and windows, reviews design documents, and serves as the technical point of contact for projects and clients. Candidates need an architectural degree or equivalent technical drafting qualification, at least 10 years of technical construction planning experience, CAD proficiency, knowledge of building physics and structural planning, and C1-level German.
