Description
The role is responsible for execution planning (phase LPH 5) of complex site-development infrastructure projects, particularly underground utility lines at industrial locations. Responsibilities include planning cable and water-supply systems, preparing execution plans, coordinating with engineers and stakeholders, creating 3D models in Autodesk Civil 3D, developing site plans and layouts, preparing tender-ready specifications and packages, performing quantity take-offs, and delivering final planning documents. The profile requires a civil engineering or utilities qualification, several years of execution-planning experience, knowledge of cable routes and water-supply systems, Civil 3D proficiency, coordination experience, and strong German and English skills.
