Description
The Executive Assistant will provide executive support to a Managing Director by managing calendars, travel, meetings, presentations, action items, and confidential stakeholder communications. The role also oversees office administration, facilities, vendors, procurement, employee onboarding and offboarding, workplace services, events, and administrative reporting. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 4–8 years of experience in executive assistance, administration, office management, or operations, and strong Microsoft 365, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
