Description
The Air Force Services Agency (AFSVA) focal point directs, plans, organizes, and oversees the Services' program at a major command, formulating goals, policies, and procedures for quality-of-life services and command-wide advisory and support services. The role represents the Service with installations and functional organizations, participates in working groups and meetings, analyzes base financial conditions, and oversees appropriated and non-appropriated fund budgets, including multi-million-dollar NAF construction projects and facility implementation studies. Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower broadband NH-03 or equivalent GS-12/13 level, along with knowledge of Services functions, accounting, budgeting, funds control, contracting, and personnel management systems.
