Description
The role is responsible for driving productivity, reducing rework and rejection, and maintaining workplace safety, quality, and process controls in a hydraulic manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include time and motion studies, cycle-time analysis, PFMEA, control plans, risk mitigation, layout and material-flow improvements, production planning, resource allocation, customer inspection, and QHSE activities. The posting requires a BE or B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics and 8 to 10 years of experience in the hydraulic industry, along with knowledge of hydraulic components, circuits, GA drawings, problem-solving tools, Lean methods, and manufacturing processes.
