Description
The Executive Associate provides high-level administrative, operational, and coordination support to senior leaders and extended leadership within MEG, MAP, and RWE. The role manages complex calendars, travel, meetings, presentations, confidential information, SharePoint and OneDrive repositories, job requisitions, onboarding, and department initiatives, while supporting leadership operations and cross-functional collaboration. It requires a high school diploma with some college preferred, advanced technical training preferred, and at least 10 years of administrative experience working with senior-level executives and external stakeholders. The position is based in Madison, Giralda, New Jersey, or Princeton, New Jersey, with compensation of $74,630 to $90,434 annually for full-time employees.
