The BPM Executive will optimize business processes and operational performance by leading process improvement initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, developing process documentation, analyzing metrics, training team members, managing multiple projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to Digitide’s BPM strategy. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of similar experience, strong BPM knowledge, analytical and leadership skills, and proficiency with BPM software and tools.
