EOS IT Solutions is hiring an on-site Audio Visual Maintenance Technician – Tier 2 (CST-EXEC) to provide white-glove technical support for video conferencing and in-room AV systems for executives and VPs. The role covers hardware and software troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, system commissioning, maintenance, repair, documentation, client support, event support, and coordination with helpdesk, facilities, integrators, and other teams. Candidates should have a strong AV/VC technical background, knowledge of major AV hardware and signal flow, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
