The role manages calendars, meetings, events, travel, budgets, supplies, space, recruitment, onboarding, and headcount activities; provides leadership and mentorship to Business Support colleagues; and coordinates cross-functional initiatives. It requires at least five years of administrative, business support, or customer service experience focused on executive-level scheduling, travel, and administration, with preferred qualifications including a relevant bachelor's degree, mentoring experience, and administrative budget management experience. The typical U.S. base pay range is USD 31.49–51.97 per hour, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
