Microsoft is hiring an Executive Business Administrator to support executives and leaders across the company. The role manages calendars, meetings, events, travel, budgets, supplies, space, recruitment, onboarding, and headcount activities; provides leadership and mentorship to Business Support colleagues; and serves as a backup resource for org-wide initiatives. It requires at least seven years of administrative, business support, or customer service experience, with preferred qualifications including a relevant bachelor's degree, mentorship or supervisory experience, and administrative budget management experience. The typical U.S. base pay range is USD 33.89–67.16 per hour, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
