Cartesia is hiring an Executive Business Partner to support its four co-founders and senior leaders. The role combines executive support, calendar and travel management, confidential information handling, and the creation of operating rhythms such as leadership meetings, annual planning, OKRs, and board processes. It also involves coordinating with board members, tracking decisions and follow-ups, partnering with functional leaders, and representing the founders with investors, partners, and candidates. The position requires 5 to 8 years of experience in executive support or executive operations, strong judgment and autonomy, and is fully in-person in the San Francisco office.
