Description

Intrinsic, an AI robotics group at Google, seeks an Executive Business Partner (Lead) to serve as a Strategic Architect for leadership operations. Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Minimum of 5 years of direct executive business partnership or corporate program management experience within a fast-moving technology or international corporate ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to build enterprise-grade automation loops, create bespoke executive "Persona Libraries" to streamline communications, and apply AI tools inside data systems to capture hidden organizational time blocks.
Exceptional critical thinking skills required to audit AI-generated assets for tone-deafness, contextual hallucinations, or formatting anomalies before they reach executive visibility.
Experience serving as an executive's surrogate in high-pressure or external-facing environments, with the emotional intelligence to navigate complex matrixed teams and protect the leadership brand during transitions.
A track record of turning custom, one-off event successes (e.g., global retrospectives or cultural events) into scalable, documented playbooks utilized across an entire company division.
