Description
The Executive Cabin Crew Management role oversees the welfare, safety, conduct, performance, training, records, operational planning, manpower, disciplinary matters, safety reporting, and event coordination of Senior Officer Cabin Crew and Cabin Crew. It supports the Cabin Crew Manager, manages budget proposals, represents the department in committees and safety reviews, and serves as an administrative and operational alternate when the manager is absent. The role requires aviation industry experience, strong leadership and English skills, and knowledge of cabin safety, regulations, and the Cabin Crew Policy Manual.
