Description
The Casino Host develops and retains premium casino customers, increases visitation and play consolidation, and provides personalized service, reservations, credit and complimentary decisions, problem resolution, telemarketing, and casino-floor coverage. The role also involves prospecting for new business, analyzing slot and table-game play, evaluating casino credit, settling billing disputes, participating in marketing events, and acting as an ambassador for the property. Candidates need at least two years of Casino Host, Slot Host, or VIP Services experience in a major gaming operation, preferably in Las Vegas, along with strong customer service, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, English proficiency, and physical ability to work around the property.
