Description
The Executive Casino Host provides exceptional guest service to internal and external customers, identifies and develops VIP players, evaluates player activity, coordinates promotions and special events with marketing, and serves as a liaison between guests and casino management. The role requires prior casino experience, strong customer service and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and casino tracking systems, the ability to obtain a Colorado Gaming License, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. The starting salary is $57,800.
