Description
The Customs Clearance Specialist will manage end-to-end customs clearance activities at Port Klang, including preparing and validating customs and ZB/FZ declarations, coordinating with customs, OGA, port authorities, vendors, and internal stakeholders, tracking shipment and clearance status, handling amendments and queries, managing duties and taxes, monitoring KPIs, supporting process improvement and digital initiatives, and conducting post-entry audits. The role requires at least three years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics, mandatory exposure to customs declarations, strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, and willingness to work shifts, public holidays, and flexible hours.
