Description
The Executive Chef will lead all culinary operations at ibis Styles Accra Airport City, including menu development, food quality, kitchen performance, food cost and inventory control, staff coaching, food safety and regulatory compliance, purchasing, equipment maintenance, and guest satisfaction. The role requires a diploma or bachelor's degree in hotel management, culinary arts, or a related field, proven experience in a demanding kitchen, strong knowledge of international cuisines and kitchen operations, food safety and HACCP knowledge, leadership skills, and supplier relationship-building ability.
