Raffles Udaipur is seeking an Executive Chef to lead its culinary operations in Udaipur, India. Reporting to senior management, the role oversees culinary strategy, menu development, food quality, food cost and profitability, food safety and regulatory compliance, supplier relationships, and the recruitment, training, and development of culinary teams. The position requires extensive luxury hospitality experience, strong commercial and culinary leadership capabilities, and expertise in managing complex, multi-concept restaurant operations.
