Description
Compass Healthcare is hiring an Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations, prepare or direct meal preparation, manage menus and recipes, maintain food safety and sanitation standards, train kitchen staff, control inventory and waste, and comply with health and safety regulations. The role requires hands-on chef experience, preferably 5+ years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience, and familiarity with foodservice, catering, food cost controls, and Microsoft Office.
