CCL Hospitality Group is hiring an Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations, prepare or direct meal preparation, manage menus and recipes, control food costs and inventory, train kitchen staff, maintain sanitation and safety standards, and comply with health regulations. The role requires hands-on chef experience, preferably 5+ years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience, catering and institutional cooking experience, computer proficiency, and ServSafe certification. The position offers a salary of $80,000–$90,000 and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and paid time off.
