Morrison Healthcare is hiring an Executive Chef for its 80-bed hospital in Johnson City, Tennessee. The role supervises a 14-person kitchen team, plans regular and modified menus, trains staff in food preparation and safety, maintains equipment and work-area schedules, manages food and non-food inventory, and complies with health and sanitation regulations. The position offers a $55,000–$60,000 annual salary, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance, with a generally Monday–Friday schedule and weekends or holidays as needed. Applicants should have an associate degree or equivalent experience, three to five years of progressive culinary or kitchen-management experience, and knowledge of food cost controls, sanitation, and presentation; ServSafe certification and high-volume foodservice experience are desirable.
