Description
Compass Group is hiring an Executive Chef to oversee culinary operations for a dining account, lead and develop a culinary team, manage food, labor, and operating costs, create seasonal and customized menus, oversee purchasing and inventory, and ensure food safety and sanitation compliance. The role may float to different accounts and requires high-volume food production and catering experience, along with culinary management experience and a culinary arts degree.
