Chartwells Higher Education is hiring an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary functions for a dining account. The role manages and leads a team, oversees safety and sanitation, plans menus, controls costs and expenditures, manages inventory, and rolls out new culinary programs. A culinary degree is preferred, while three to five years of culinary management experience and high-volume production and catering experience are required. The position offers a salary of $71,000 to $80,000 plus medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K, paid time off, and a performance-based bonus.
