Crescent Hotels & Resorts is hiring an Executive Chef for the dual-branded AC & Element Hotel Norterra in Phoenix. The role oversees front-of-house and kitchen operations, menu creation and pricing, food and labor costs, inventory, training, food safety, sanitation, banquet support, and outlet profitability. Candidates need at least three years of experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a hotel or high-end restaurant with revenues of $2 million or more, along with hotel F&B, Marriott systems, and menu-creation experience.
