Description
The Production Manager for the Food & Beverage Department oversees Hyatt outlets and banquet operations, maintains culinary quality and brand standards, drives menu innovation and profitability, and leads and develops the culinary team. The role requires an apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production or Culinary Arts, at least two years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role in a large-scale operation, and experience with multi-outlet operations; international hotel experience and familiarity with the Jakarta market are advantageous.
