Bamboo Sushi is hiring an Executive Chef for its NE Portland restaurant at 1409 NE Alberta St, Portland, OR 97211. The role leads kitchen and sushi operations, oversees food quality, service, guest experience, portioning, plating, and P&L performance, and is responsible for hiring, training, and developing employees. Candidates need at least two years of management experience leading back-of-house operations in a high-volume, full-service kitchen, a minimum of five years of related culinary experience or training, and sushi experience is preferred.
