Description
Three Notch’d Brewing Company is hiring an Executive Chef for its Rehoboth Beach location. The role supervises and develops kitchen staff, manages food quality, preparation, delivery, inventory, menus, labor and food costs, safety and sanitation, and kitchen equipment; it also handles hiring, training, performance management, and coordination with dining and catering operations. The position requires at least three years of Executive Chef experience, 3–5 years of management experience, ServSafe certification, extensive cooking and menu knowledge, Microsoft application experience, and availability for a variable schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
