Description
The Executive Chef serves as the director, producer, and artistic lead of a hotel restaurant and culinary hub, overseeing kitchen operations, guest experience, team training, communication, scheduling, inventory, P&L, safety, and compliance. The role requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and hospitality skills, with a preferred background of 5–7 years of hotel executive chef experience, bilingual Spanish ability, and a bachelor’s degree.
