Description
Westgate Vacation Villas & Town Center Resort is hiring an Executive Chef to provide overall culinary leadership across a multi-outlet resort and other property locations. The role oversees menu development, food quality, kitchen operations, staff development, labor and budget management, purchasing, inventory, food safety, compliance, and guest service, while also managing kitchen and culinary staff. Candidates need seven years of progressive culinary leadership experience in resorts, hotels, or multi-outlet restaurants, experience with high-volume food operations, banquets, and events, and prior budget, P&L, and team leadership responsibilities; experience in timeshare, hospitality, or vacation ownership properties is preferred.
