Olde Main Post Acute, supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, is hiring a full-time Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations in a healthcare dining environment. The role is responsible for hands-on cooking, menu execution, food presentation, sanitation and food safety compliance, staff supervision, dietary accommodations, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and resident satisfaction. The position requires ServSafe certification, at least five years of culinary experience, and a strong background in culinary and catering operations, with preferred experience in continuing care retirement communities or multi-unit food service.
