Description
The Executive Chef manages hiring, training, and development of Heart of House kitchen staff; oversees food preparation, quality, consistency, menu development, recipes, costs, and presentation; coordinates kitchen workers and private events; and enforces health, safety, sanitation, and service standards. The role requires advanced knife skills, strong leadership and communication abilities, food certifications, and five years of fine-dining, high-volume culinary management experience. A culinary degree is desirable, and the position pays $100,000-$110,000 annually.
