Unidine is hiring an Executive Chef II in Jersey City, New Jersey, with a salary of $75,000 to $80,000. The role leads daily kitchen production, menu development, food quality and presentation, safety and sanitation, purchasing, inventory, budgeting, labor scheduling, and staff training and performance. The position requires hands-on cooking, extensive culinary and kitchen-management experience, foodservice and catering experience, computer proficiency, and the ability to participate in client-satisfaction programs; an A.S. or equivalent experience and ServSafe certification are preferred.
