CulinArt is hiring an Executive Chef II to oversee kitchen operations at one of its dining facilities. The role plans menus, directs meal preparation, maintains food quality and sanitation standards, trains kitchen staff, manages equipment and inventory, and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations. The position offers a salary of $70,000 to $80,000 per year and requires progressive culinary or kitchen management experience, hands-on chef experience, and familiarity with foodservice operations; catering, institutional cooking, ServSafe certification, and Microsoft Office experience are preferred or desirable.
