Description
The role performs IP DRG coding audits, completes audits to quality and production standards, maintains productivity and clarification logs, escalates issues and identifies trends, and ensures HIPAA and OIG compliance. It requires at least two years of IP DRG coding or auditing experience, CCS and CIC certifications, and a bachelor's degree in nursing or science; Microsoft Office, 3M software, and NLP tool exposure are also listed. The position is full-time at 40 hours per week.
