Microsoft is hiring an Executive Communications Leader to support a senior Copilot executive and shape the executive and product voice across AI, startup, developer, and creator ecosystems. The role develops executive communications strategy, drafts thought leadership and social content, engages with innovators and founders, supports executive engagements and events, translates product priorities into messaging, monitors external sentiment, and advises leadership on positioning and visibility. The position requires a bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant communications, marketing, operations, program, or project management experience, with preferred qualifications including a master's degree, 5+ years of people management, and strong AI and startup ecosystem experience. Compensation ranges from USD 130,900 to USD 277,200 per year depending on Communications M5 or M6 level and work location.
