Polymarket is hiring an Executive Community Relations Manager to triage and resolve high-visibility escalations involving prominent traders, creators, public figures, and sensitive community issues. The role owns cases from first contact through resolution, drafts public responses, coordinates with Communications, monitors community channels, and briefs Product and Policy on emerging patterns. Candidates need at least four years of relevant experience in executive escalations, customer relations, or community management, strong writing and judgment skills, and familiarity with crypto-native or trading communities. The position offers a base salary of $200,000 to $250,000 plus equity and benefits, including health, vision, dental, unlimited PTO, and a 401(k) match.
