Dauntless Discovery is recruiting an Executive Compensation Attorney for a well-known regional law firm with a national presence in Rochester, New York. The full-time mid-level attorney will support executive compensation matters, including equity compensation plans, executive employment agreements, compensation issues in mergers and acquisitions, proxy compensation disclosures, and Internal Revenue Code provisions. Candidates should have one to seven years of relevant experience, strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, client-service orientation, and initiative. The estimated annual base salary is $120,000 to $170,000, with a progressive bonus structure and work/life balance.
