Description
The Executive Concierge leads and supports resident services at a Bozzuto residence, creating positive impressions for prospects and residents, coaching team members, solving resident and prospect issues, planning community events, managing front-desk and package operations, and promoting the community through social media. The role requires at least two years of hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, social-media proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. It pays $25–$27 USD and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid leave, retirement planning, and tuition reimbursement.
