Bozzuto is hiring an Executive Concierge to lead and support resident services in a residential community. The role involves coaching and training resident-services staff, assisting residents and prospects, planning community events, building brand loyalty, managing social media and reviews, organizing front-desk and package-room activities, and covering for team members. The position requires at least two years of hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, social-media proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., with weekend or evening shifts as needed, and the salary range is $58,000 to $61,000 USD.
