Ready Set Rocket is seeking an Executive Creative Director (Managing Director) to set and steward the agency’s creative vision, lead copy and design leadership, develop storytelling and integrated campaigns across video, digital, social, paid media, and experiences, and manage the Creative Department as a business unit. The role requires 15+ years of creative experience in a full-service digital or integrated agency, senior-level leadership of copy and design, business acumen, and strong client presentation skills. Compensation is a base salary of $250,000+ plus an annual performance bonus, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
