Hayleys Retail is hiring a full-time, on-site Executive Graphic Designer in Colombo to create marketing and in-store visual assets, including POS materials, promotional flyers, social media and website graphics, campaign artwork, and trilingual layouts. The role requires a graphic design or visual communication diploma or degree, 1–3 years of experience, a strong portfolio, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign proficiency, and knowledge of print and digital formats. The designer will coordinate with Marketing, Merchandising, Store Operations, and external printers while managing multiple projects.
