Era Living is hiring a full-time Executive Director to provide strategic, operational, and 24-hour leadership for Ida Culver House Broadview, a Seattle retirement community serving more than 300 residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The role oversees department leaders and more than 200 employees, drives resident satisfaction, employee engagement, occupancy, financial performance, quality of care, regulatory compliance, innovation, and operational improvement. Candidates need at least five years of operations management experience in retirement living, assisted living, or related hospitality, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, relevant Washington certification eligibility, dementia and mental health manager training, and care or home care aide certification.
