ALL in Education is seeking an Executive Director to lead its growth and evolve its mission-focused approach. Based in the Greater Phoenix area, this role involves setting the organization's vision, cultivating partnerships and funders, securing a prominent voice in statewide education conversations, and driving policy agendas to support Latine students. The successful candidate will build and lead a high-performing team, manage financial resources, oversee program implementation, and advocate for change within Arizona's political landscape.
