The Viridian is hiring an Executive Director to lead daily operations, staff development, resident and family engagement, financial management, regulatory compliance, sales and marketing support, quality assurance, and community outreach for a senior living community. The role requires leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living operations, knowledge of state and federal senior living regulations, financial management skills, and a valid or obtainable North Carolina Assisted Living Administrator License.
