Pinnacle Treatment Centers is hiring an Executive Director to oversee the daily operations of a growing addiction-treatment facility. The role manages behavioral-health functions including human resources, marketing, compliance, finance, utilization, admissions, staffing, community relationships, and clinical and administrative supervision. The position requires a relevant degree or professional experience, five years of management experience, administrative or supervisory experience in a licensed substance-use or mental-health treatment facility, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel up to 25%. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with a stated annual salary of $70,304 to $79,500 and comprehensive benefits.
