The role requires a Florida CORE Executive Director license, senior living leadership experience, budgeting and compliance expertise, and at least two years of assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing management experience, or three years of retirement community management experience for an independent living community. The position is based in Winter Park, Florida, with some travel required.
